Suggested initial use:
Many people begin at a lower dose (1/4 teaspoon 2 times per day) and slowly work up the dosage over a two week period, as effective dosage varies and may be at the lower end of the spectrum (e.g. 1 teaspoon per day total) and would therefore be more cost effective.

Suggested use: 1 teaspoon mixed with water or diluted juice 2 times a day or as directed by a health practitioner. (difficult cases may require 3 teaspoons per day)

After the initial 60 to 90 day period many Recovery users maintain benefits at a maintenance dose (normally 1/2 the dose used for initial period). After the initial 60 to 90 day period, Recovery does not require daily usage for most people.
